About the Role:

We are seeking a CRM Specialist to join our Player Engagement team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Player Engagement. You will be responsible for executing CRM campaigns, managing the customer lifecycle, and driving player retention and player engagement through targeted communications across email/SMS marketing and in-app channels.

This is a hands-on execution role focused on player segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and campaign management using CRM tools. The ideal candidate understands how to use data to drive player engagement and retention across the customer lifecycle.

iGaming experience is preferred but not compulsory. We value platform expertise and CRM execution skills, and areopen to candidates who have worked for international operators from Philippine-based hubs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • CRM and Lifecycle Marketing: Plan, build, and execute CRM campaigns across email/SMS marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging to drive player retention and engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.

  • Player Segmentation: Develop and manage player segmentation models within CRM tools. Build targeted audiences based on player behavior, lifecycle stage, and value.

  • Campaign Management: Own the end-to-end campaign management process, from planning and setup through execution and post-campaign analysis.

  • Player Engagement and Retention: Design and implement player engagement strategies including automated journeys, lifecycle triggers, reactivation campaigns, and retention interventions.

  • CRM Tools and Automation: Set up and manage automated workflows, player journeys, and lifecycle triggers within CRM tools (Optimove, Fast Track, Braze, or similar).

  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on messaging, timing, offers, and creative. Analyze results to continuously optimize campaign performance.

  • Data and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data and player behavior to derive actionable insights. Report on key metrics including open rates, conversion rates, player churn, and retention.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Bonus and Campaign Specialist, BI team, and Content team to align CRM communications with promotions and platform activity.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all CRM activities comply with PAGCOR regulations and responsible gaming standards.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, player engagement, or campaign management

  • Advantage of hands-on experience with CRM tools (Optimove, Fast Track, Salesforce or similar)

  • Strong understanding of player segmentation, customer lifecycle, and lifecycle marketing principles

  • Experience with email/SMS marketing campaigns and automated journey building

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret CRM data and derive actionable insights

  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization

  • Must be authorized to work in the Philippines

  • Strong communication skills in English
