AGTech wins the contract for virtual football lottery in Jiangsu


A subsidiary of AGTech Holdings, Asia Gaming Technologies (Beijing) Co., has been awarded the technical cooperation contract by the Jiangsu Sports Lottery Administration Centre for its e-Ball Lottery.

Under the contract, AGT Beijing, a 51 percent owned subsidiary of the group, will be responsible for setting up and developing the distribution and sales management system for e-Ball Lottery (a virtual sports product) for a further five-year term.

This includes its maintenance, installation, testing, ongoing development and system upgrade as requested by Jiangsu SLAC.

China’s Jiangsu province is one of the leading provinces in China’s sports lottery market.

Based on Jiangsu Sports Lottery Administration Centre’s official website, total sports lottery sales in the province exceeded CNY 20 billion in 2017, ranking number one in the country in annual sports lottery sales.

E-Ball lottery, a virtual football game offered by Jiangsu SLAC was first launched in 2013 for a period of five years.

“The Board believes that the cooperation with Jiangsu SLAC for e-Ball Lottery for a further term of five years demonstrates the Group’s strong position as an integrated service provider of virtual sports lottery games in China’s sports lottery market,” said AGTech in a filing.
