Angela Leong becomes sole owner of L’Arc Macau casino
SJM executive director Angela Leong has become the sole owner of L’Arc Entertainment, the company behind the L’Arc Macau casino.
In a filing, SJM Holdings said the move represents a significant change from the earlier position where Macau legislator Leong On Kei, Angela was one of a number of investors in the indirect holding companies.
L’Arc Macau is a 53 floor, 283 room casino and hotel, which opened in 2009. The casino operates under a “satellite” casino arrangement off SJM Holdings concession.
