Angela Leong’s theme park company applies for trademarks

Macau Theme Park and Resort Ltd, a company headed by Angela Leong On Kei, has applied to register six new trademarks in Macau, local media reports.

The brands being trademarked include Eyecon, ‘Lisboner’, ‘Signature Noodles’, ‘Vintage Desserts’, ‘Macau Desserts’ and ‘Jumbo Palace’ - with more than one trademark filed for each registration.

According to a report from Macau Business, the brands could either be used to serve a planned theme park in the Cotai Strip, or the Grand Lisboa Palace, the company’s upcoming integrated casino resort worth US$4.6 billion slated to open in 2019.

The brands cover night club training services, technological services, hotel services, food and beverage services and administration services.
