Aristocrat goes direct across German-speaking markets

Gaming solutions supplier Aristocrat Technologies will commence direct sales and service to Class 3 operators in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Luxembourg as of October 1, 2017, according to a company press release on Thursday.

This follows the termination by mutual consent of its distributorship agreement with Dieckhaus Electronic GmbH across the four territories.

James Boje, Aristocrat’s managing director in EMEA, explained that the two companies had enjoyed a successful relationship over a number of years and have worked together to ensure a smooth transition.

“Aristocrat will strive to maintain the high standards of service our partners in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Luxembourg deserve,” he said.

“We’ve taken steps to strengthen our German-speaking commercial and technical departments ahead of the transition, in order to make the changeover as seamless as possible for our customers.”
