Belle Corp to sell 12% of Sinophil

Philippines based Belle Corp. is taking a roadshow to investors this week to market up to 3.76 billion shares in its subsidiary, Premium Leisure Corp. – the former Sinophil Corp.
Belle announced in June that it was consolidating its gaming interests in Sinophil as apart of a reorganization of its various businesses.
The company told the Philippine Stock Exchange on Friday that executives would be meeting both international and domestic investors this week.
"Further disclosures will be made as soon as any sale transaction is concluded by the Corporation," the company said.
Premium Leisure is one of the companies in a consortium which has a licence to build "City of Dreams" in Entertainment City, the facility to be operated by Melco Crown.
