The Hong Kong-listed company is a Bermuda-incorporated company, whose historical business was the processing and trading of frozen and functional food products. As part of the company’s recent realignment of its core business to eco-tourism, luxury property development, entertainment and gaming, it recently acquired a stake in the revenue stream of a major junket operator which operates VIP-only gaming suites across most of the major casinos in Macau such as Wynn, Star World, Galaxy, Sands, MGM and Venetian.
