Blockchain and disruptive tech and startups at SiGMA17

SiGMA will host Malta’s largest gaming exhibition yet, along with eleven conferences at the Malta Fairs and Conventions Centre from November 22-25.

New to this year, is a conference dedicated to Blockchain and Disruptive Tech on November 24, 2017.

Attendees will have the opportunity to see a variety of discussions involving start-ups, Bitcoin, risk-management, regulation, and the future of Blockchain for iGaming.

SiGMA will also be bringing its startup pitch session to the audience, with 40 startups exhibiting at SiGMA to make their 3 minute pitches.

After a successful first run in 2016, SiGMA17 is coming back with sixty startups and several investors all under one roof.

Following the exciting startup pitch, Steve Donoughue, gambling industry strategist and communications specialist, will walk startups through a list of pitfalls to take into precaution.

Immediately after, Eric Benz will take the floor. As managing director for Cryptopay, Benz is well equipped to lead a brief discussion on 2017 as “the year for Bitcoin.”

Jon Matonis, founding director of The Bitcoin Foundation, will then take the floor to discuss risk management for Bitcoin Gaming Operators, followed by Dr. Craig Wright, chief scientist of nChain, will tell us in his discussion on Artificial Intelligence and how the Bitcoin network will power an explosion of knowledge, and more.
