Century Properties sues Universal over abandoned deal.

Century Properties Group Inc. filed a civil case before a Makati court against the Okada Group of companies, ultimately owned by Japan’s Universal Entertainment. The lawsuit follow’s the Japanese group’s decision to terminate a deal for Century Properties to build the residential and retail component of its luxury casino project in  Pagcor Entertainment City. The company said it took the action to preserve its exclusivity rights and to prevent Universal from dealing with other parties to develop the project.
