China plans third blacklist of overseas tourist destinations

China is preparing a third blacklist of countries seen to be targeting its nationals for gambling and will take measures such as the suspension of group tours and visa agency services for such destinations. As with its prior pronouncements, Beijing didn't name any of the countries on its blacklist. The government first said it had a list of countries considered as undesirable for tourism in August last year. The list was extended to add further destinations early this year. Xinhua
