Chum Kwan Lock appointed Sands China COO

Chum Kwan Lock has been appointed the chief operating officer of Sands China in a reorganization of the firm’s top leadership team.

Chum takes over the COO post from Wong Ying Wai, who had been serving concurrently since November 2015 as president and COO. Wong retains his post as president.

Also, Dylan James Williams has been appointed general counsel and secretary.

Chum had been serving as chief of staff since March 2015, having joined Sands China a couple years earlier. Previously, he had spent 14 years at UBS Investment Bank in a variety of roles.
