DOJ issues lookout bulletin against Okada

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has issued a lookout bulletin against Kazuo Okada, who is now facing two counts of fraud and perjury, local media reports.

The Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO) was issued on Thursday by Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre, who has mandated that all immigration officers in the country’s airports and seaports to prevent any attempts of Okada to leave the country.

Okada is accused of committing “fraudulent acts” which involved the swindling and embezzlement of funds during his time at Universal Entertainment Corp.

Okada has been a no-show in all the preliminary investigations of criminal complaints filed against him related to accusations of unlawful use of corporate funds, and has only been represented by his lawyers.

He has however denied committing estafa and perjury.
