Donaco appoints two executive directors

Donaco International made a significant step toward restocking its depleted board of directors by announcing the appointment of two new executive directors who “will work on legal, operational and financial matters for the company, including corporate activity and strategic projects, as well as investor relations matters.”

One of them, Leo Chan is an executive director of Argyle Street Management, an institutional investment firm. He has more than thirteen years’ experience in making and managing investments throughout Asia.

The other, Kurkye Wong, is vice-president at the same investment firm. He previously worked at KPMG and FTI Consulting in Hong Kong.

Donaco has seen most of its board members and senior managers leave since a tumultuous annual general meeting in late November.
