Donaco buys back 1.23 million of its shares

Donaco International, which operates casinos in Vietnam and Cambodia, announced that it has bought back 1.23 million of its shares for AUD825,113 ($604,350).

The highest price paid was AUD 0.9 per unit on August 28 2014, and the lowest price paid was AUD0.58 on November 27, 2014.

The company, which owns and operates the Star Vegas Club and Resort in Cambodia and Aristo International Hotel in Vietnam, launched a 12-month buy-back program in August 2014 with the intention of acquiring up to 37.2 million shares, representing a maximum of 8 percent of its ordinary shares.

The buy-back is being undertaken as part of the company's ongoing capital management program.

In a separate announcement earlier this week, the company said it has adopted a new logo modelled on a fountain design that symbolizes “entertainment celebration and constant motion.”
