Donaco International to spin off mobile technology business

Donaco International said it will spin off its mobile technology business into a separately listed company on the Australian Stock Exchange. Shares in the new company, which trades under the name of iSentric, will be distributed to existing shareholders. Donaco said the spinoff will allow it to focus on its core leisure and gaming business.
