Donaco strikes agreement with VIP promoter Heng Sheng Group

Donaco International has signed an agreement with Heng Sheng Group, a Macau VIP gaming promoter, to bring its VIP players to the Star Vegas Resort & Club in Cambodia starting this year.

Under the three year deal, Heng Sheng Group will bring its VIP players from Asia to a new dedicated gaming facility, to open in September, at the Star Vegas. 

“This will expand the customer base of the Star Vegas beyond its current patronage by Thai customers.”

Heng Sheng Group operates VIP gaming facilities in Macau, Vietnam, and the United Kingdom. 

The new dedicated gaming facility will have up to 50 baccarat tables. Donaco will supply the dealers, while Heng Sheng will supply customer service personnel.

The parties will share the profits from the new facility, with Heng Sheng guaranteeing a certain minimum win rate and paying all junket commissions. 

“In return, Heng Sheng will receive a larger share of the profit from the venture.”

Heng Sheng will also guarantee a minimum turnover level of THB3 billion per month. 

“This will be all new business for Donaco, as the new facility is expected to have no impact on existing Thai customers.”
