Edward C Deleon Guerrero

Edward C Deleon Guerrero is responsible for the management and operations of the Commonwealth Casino Commission.Deleo assists the Commissioners in the promulgation of casino regulations, casino minimum internal control standards, and in the implementation and enforcement of P.L. 18-56 (casino law) and the regs. Administer and oversee the licensing of casino employee and key employee applications, licensing of gaming equipment and tables, and licensing of casino vendors and service providers. He heads the overall administration of the Commission.
