Emperor Entertainment elects Susanna Kwan as director

Emperor Entertainment Hotel announced at its annual general meeting that it has elected Susanna Kwan as director of the company.

Susanna Kwan, 48, has had a legal practice in Hong Kong for more than 20 years focusing on corporate commercial and corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions.

It was also announced at the AGM that Noven Wan, who has served the board for more than 9 years, did not offer herself for re-election as independent non-executive director and retired.

Kwan will take up the role left by Wan for an initial term of one year commencing from 18 August 2015 and shall continue thereafter on a yearly basis.

Kwan will be entitled to receive a director’s fee of HK$180,000 ($23,200) per annum.
