Fifth investor in the Primoryre gaming zone revealed


A new - fifth - investor in the Primorye gaming zone has been finally revealed in the protocol of the Russian Corporation for Development of the Far East. The document states that JSC Khanya Yunli was given the go ahead to implement an investment project on the Primorye gambling zone territory, local sources report.

The area of ​land lot is 216,703 square metres, which can be used for the construction of a four-star hotel and ten guest houses, according to the document. The sublease agreement expires on Jul. 20, 2025. The minimum investment amount should be not less than $ 500 million.

It is reported that there was one other participant in the auction besides Khanya Yunli, which was JSC Mining Company Chzuntzi (transliterated from Russian), but apparently the latter did not manage to outbid the winner's bid of RUB 1.5 billion (US$18.9 million) for the land lot.

According to official information, Khayna Yunli was registered in Vladivostok shortly before the auction - on Nov. 11. It is led by CEO Leonid Gordeychuk.
