Galaxy Entertainment announces a 2.5 percent pay raise starting April

Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) has declared a pay raise for eligible team members at the Senior Manager grade and below, effective from April 1, 2024.

According to the release, the pay raise will benefit approximately 98 percent of GEG team members. Galaxy Entertainment employees who joined the company before January 1, 2024, will enjoy the following salary adjustments: team members with a monthly base salary and guaranteed tips (if applicable) of MOP16,000 ($1,986) or below will receive an increment of MOP600 ($74), while team members with a monthly base salary and guaranteed tips (if applicable) above MOP16,000 will experience a 2.5 percent salary increase.
GEG expresses gratitude to all its team members for their efforts and contributions in the past year and looks forward to working together with them to achieve further success.
Two weeks ago, Galaxy announced a one-month salary bonus for eligible team members, scheduled to be given on January 31, 2024.
