Galaxy partners with Tencent’s music arm to leverage entertainment at its arena

Galaxy Entertainment Group has announced a strategic partnership with Tencent’s music arm, TME Live, to co-organize ‘a vast range of exciting performances an entertainment extravaganzas, both in-venue or online’.

The three-year partnership aims to leverage Galaxy’s new 16,000-seat Arena.
Speaking of the new venue, Galaxy’s Vice Chairman, Francis Lui noted that “We will continue to fully utilize this world-class venue to present more spectacular performances and an endless array of exciting entertainment for both locals and tourists. We are thrilled to collaborate with TME Live, as we firmly believe that this partnership has immense potential in encouraging cultural exchange between Macau and the Mainland”.
The strategic partners are already planning the 4th Tencent Music Entertainment Awards, set to take place over two days, and include an outdoor music festival.
The group held the third edition of the awards in December of last year, at The Venetian.
