Goldman Sachs Group Inc. sold more than 3.4 million shares in Echo Entertainment Group Ltd., decreasing its holdings below the 5 percent threshold that made it a "substantial shareholder" of the company in May. Meanwhile, Perpetual Investment Management Ltd., which was given regulatory clearance last month to raise its stake to 15 percent, brought its holdings up to 13.77 percent from 12.68 percent. Malaysia's Genting Group is also seeking permission to raise its stake.
