Iao Kun Group Holding, which operates VIP room gaming promoters in Macau, has reported unaudited rolling chip turnover for September rose 5 percent year-on-year to $1.18 billion, bucking an overall trend for a decline in VIP revenue.
The win rate for Sept 2014 was 2.84 percent.
In the first nine months of 2014, IKGH’s rolling chip turnover was $13.74 billion, an average of $1.53 billion per month, up 8 percent year-over-year and compared to $12.68 billion, with an average of $1.41 billion per month over the first nine months of 2013.
The VIP rooms are primarily focused on high stakes baccarat. Baccarat accounts for approximately 88 percent of total Macau casino winnings, according to the Macau Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau (DICJ).
