Saipan casino operator Imperial Pacific says its temporary casino raked in $3.8 billion in VIP table games rolling in October.
According to the company’s filing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Wednesday, the results were just shy of its record $3.95 billion in VIP rollings in September.
In September, CEO Mark Brown said that, as a conservative estimate, both rolling chip volume and also profits could double when the casino is fully open.
The new resort is scheduled to open early in 2017. The Grand Mariana hotel is scheduled to have 350 hotel rooms and 15 villas. The casino will open with 300 tables, 180 VIP only, and 500 slot machines.
