IPI vehicles and gaming machines to be seized and sold

Imperial Pacific International has been ordered to sell its vehicles and gaming machines in order to satisfy a $2.1 million judgement against it by USA Fanter Corp.
Construction firm USA Fanter had sued IPI for its failure to pay for the work it completed at the Imperial Pacific Saipan resort.
