John Keells eyes gaming deal

John Keells Holdings PLC, Sri Lanka's largest hotel operator and largest listed company by market capitalization, is in talks to buy part of one of the country's casino operators, sources told the Business Times newspaper. The company is expected to announce a $640 million mixed-use development in Colombo shortly that would include a hotel, apartments and stores, but it is unclear if gaming might be part of that.
