Konami turns to AI for casino management system

Konami Gaming has turned to Berkeley, California-based GamingAnalytics.AI for the delivery of an analytics platform to customers worldwide who are already utilizing its SYNKROS casino management system.

Jay Bertsch, vice-president of global systems sales at Konami Gaming, explained, “By combining the vast array of data captured through SYNKROS with the power of GamingAnalytics.AI’s natural language processing, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, we can transform the way operators use their existing data to drive operational profitability. We are excited for the opportunity to bring award-winning technology from both companies together in order to advance the interests of our customers and the industry as a whole.”

GamingAnalytics.AI’s analytics platform provides slot machine recommendations, predicts player behavior, and identifies actions to improve player experience.

Konami Gaming first introduced the SYNKROS casino management system in 2012 as an evolution of what had previously been known as the Konami Casino Management System.
