Louis XIII holdings announces name change

Louis XIII Holdings Ltd. has announced it has changed its English name to “The 13 Holdings Ltd.”, with effect from May 3, 2016.

In a filing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Wednesday, the company also announced its Chinese name has been changed from “路易十三集團有限公司” to “十三集團有限公司”.

The change in name will not affect the rights of shareholders of the company, nor affect the company’s daily business operation or financial position, said the company in its filing.

The english stock short name of the company will also change, from “LOUIS XIII H” to “THE 13 HOLDINGS” and the Chinese stock short name of the Company will be changed from “路易十三集團” to “十三集團.

The stock code of the Company remains as 577.
