LVS chooses Mainland group to fit out Parisian casino

Las Vegas Sands has chosen a unit of Mainland China’s Jangho Group to fit out VIP gaming rooms on the 30th to 37th floors of its new integrated Parisian resort on Cotai, local media reports.The contract was worth MOP341 million ($42.72 million) and the work will take about eight months to complete, the reports said.Sands China said late last month that work will restart on its $2.7 billion Parisian Macau integrated resort on Cotai after receiving a necessary government permit.The company said additional permits will be needed as development continues, butafter undergoing a brief work stoppage, this approval enables work on the critical podium structure to restart immediately.The company says the resort should still be on track to open late next year.
