Macau Legend executive vice president resigns

Casino operator Macau Legend Development Ltd has announced the resignation of its executive vice president, chief financial officer and company secretary Chan Kin Man, with effect from July 1, 2016.

Chan’s position will be replaced by Lawrence Yuen Chin Yau, according to a filing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Mr. Yuen, aged 50, has held senior financial positions in companies in Hong Kong and China. He was previously the joint company secretary, authorised representative and qualified accountant of Shanghai Jin Jiang International Hotels (Group) Company Limited, and the chief financial officer of Shanghai Golden Bund Real Estate Co., Ltd, said the filing.
