Macau Legend seeking solutions over Cambodia land transfer

Macau Legend said it's seeking an "amicable solution" after the seller of a plot of land in Cambodia failed to make a June 26th deadline for the final transfer. The company had been planning to build an integrated resort on the 1,200 plot in Siem Reap. Macau Legend bought a Howing Enterprises in 2018 and under the terms of the acquisition, the land plot was to have been transferred to the company.
