Marina Bay Sands license extended for three years

 

The Casino Regulatory Authority renewed Marina Bay Sands’ casino license for another three years while adding unspecified new conditions on the Las Vegas Sands Corp.-owned resort. A casino spokesperson said: "These initiatives are designed to strengthen our internal compliance monitoring systems, and further enhance awareness of compliance requirements within our organisation. For instance, we are implementing a system of cyclical refresher training programmes and introducing additional training programmes for our employees." Singapore extended the license of rival Resorts World Sentosa in February.
