Melco Crown launches bachelor's program for staff

Melco Crown Entertainment has teamed up with Edinburgh Napier University to launch an in-house bachelor’s degree program for employees.

MCE said in a statement that the degree course creates a “whole person development programme for employees who have yet to achieve a university degree.” 

The MCE YOU-niversity initiative will award successful students with a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Practice accredited by the Scottish University.

CEO Lawrence Ho said the company’s “whole person development programme...encourages learning through theory, advanced thinking enabled by a higher level of education, in addition to knowledge gained from practical experience.”
