MGM China issues US$750 million in senior notes

MGM China has announced that on March 25, 2021, the company entered into a purchase agreement with BofA Securities, Inc., Bank of China Limited, Macau Branch and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Macau) Limited as the representatives and the other initial purchasers in connection with the issue of US$750 million in aggregate principal amount of 4.75 percent senior notes due February 1, 2027.
