MGTO finishes re-inspection of The 13

The Macau Government Tourist Office (MGTO) has completed its re-inspection of luxury hotel, The 13, local media reports.

In a written reply to Macau Business, the MGTO said it is now awaiting opinions from technical departments, but did not specify how long this will take.

South Shore Group, the operator of The 13, failed its initial MGTO inspection due to several defects related to the passenger lifts, finishing of guest rooms and in-room facilities.

South Shore Group said it expects the property to open on or before August 31, 2018.
