Neptune completes acquisition of 5 percent Superiority Wealthy stake

Neptune Group said it has completed the acquisition of a 5 percent stake in Superiority Wealthy. “The board is pleased to announce that all the conditions precedent under the agreement have been fulfilled on 27 February 2014 and completion therefore took place on 27 February 2014, it said in a Hong Kong Stock Exchange filing.
