Universal Entertainment reported lower GGR at the Okada Manila sparked by a decline in the VIP segment.
The January GGR of PHP3.83 billion (about US$76.6 million) was only slightly lower than the previous January’s PHP3.84 billion, but a more considerable fall-off from December 2019’s PHP4.63 billion.
EBITDA, however, improved by about 20 percent to PHP781 million.
The breakdown of figures made clear it was the VIP segment which dragged down the overall performance.
The company offered no statements to accompany the numbers.
