Package tour visitors continue to decline

Macau continued to receive fewer visitors coming through package tours in March, local media reports.

The data, released by Macau’s Statistics and Census Service (DSEC), said that the gambling hub received around 564,000 visitors on package tours, down 36.2 percent compared to 884,000 package tour visitors in March 2015.

In February, the region saw a drastic drop in visitors arriving through package tours, with around 569,900 visitors, down 34 percent year on year.
