PhilWeb acquires three Pagcor eGames sites

E-games operator PhilWeb Corporation on Tuesday announced it has acquired three PAGCOR eGames sites.
According to two separate filings from the operator to the Philippine Stock Exchange, one site was acquired in Pasay City from Florante O. Castillo for a consideration of 1.25 million shares, while two sites were acquired in Cainta for 2.25 million shares.
The acquisitions were made through its subsidiaries BigGame Inc and Easy E-Bingo, said the operator.
