Playwin, Maarm Int'l now offering keno and virtual horse-racing in Sikkim

At least two online gaming license holders in the Indian state of Sikkim -- Playwin (Essel Group) and Maarm International -- have begun to offer Keno and virtual horse-racing in November, after securing clearances from the government, local sources report.

The license holders have not managed to offer sports betting due to technical reasons but hope to achieve this before the T20 Cricket World Cup and the India Premier League (IPL).
