PLDT in further PhilWeb share sale

 
Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co. sold 93.45 million shares in PhilWeb Corp. back to the company for 1.01 billion pesos ($23.5 million). The sale marks the third of four planned sell offs as PLDT liquidates its interest in the gaming group, in which it previously held a 26.3 percent stake.
