The case was initially reported by security of a Cotai casino on May 3, after receing a complaint from the player claiming a group of men had stolen a total of six gaming chips worth HK$100,000 each.
According to PJ, the theft was a coordinated effort from the group, with some sneaking the chips away, some in charge of exchanging the chips for cash and others posted as lookouts.
