Raymond Tam Chi-yuen

Raymond was a senior government official with 30 years of experience in the public service. He was Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs from 2011 to 2017, Director of the Chief Executive's Office from 2009 to 2011, and Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs from 2008 to 2009. During his earlier years as a civil servant Raymond worked in various government bureaus and departments including the Financial Secretary’s Office, the Central Policy Unit, and Home Affairs Bureau. Prior to joining the Club, Raymond was the Vice Chairman of New Frontier Health. He is currently a Hong Kong Deputy to the 13th National People's Congress.
