RGB secures rights to sell KL Saberi, Atlas branded machines in Asia

Electronic gaming machine supplier RGB Asia has secured the rights to sell two more branded gaming machines in Asia, local media reports.

Speaking to StarBiz, RGB group managing director Datuk Chuah Kim Seah said that the two brand names were KL Saberi, a brand name belonging to Kangwon Land in South Korea, and Atlas, an Australian brand.

Chuah said that the group aims to launch 200 units of the new brands this year in the Philippines, Cambodia, and Vietnam.

Speaking about the group’s concession business, the RGB head said that the group is currently installing 1,700 units, with 1,300 set for the Philippines market.

Chuah said he expects that the 1,300 machines in the Philippines would generate a yield of at least US$50 million over the next five years.

Looking ahead, Chuah said the group will be looking to expand its presence into new markets, as well as increasing its customer based in existing markets.

“The group will increase its product offerings by collaborating with more partners who have synergy with us.

“The group remains focused on growing the revenue from engineering services,” he said.
