Sands China declares HK$1 dividend at AGM

Sands China Ltd.  held its 2015 Annual General Meeting Wednesday at The Venetian Macao, passing all proposed resolutions, including the declaration of a final dividend of HK$1 per share.

 In addition, shareholders received the audited consolidated financial statements of the Company and the reports of the directors and auditors for the year ended December 31, 2014. During the meeting, shareholders re-elected Sheldon Adelson to the Board of Directors as executive director, Michael Leven as non-executive director, and David Turnbull and Victor Hoog Antink as independent non-executive directors. Professional services firm Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu were re-appointed as auditors.
