SBTech signs landmark LatAm deals with PLE and Spingol Entertainment

SBTech has signed exclusive agreements to provide two of Latin America’s biggest regulated operators with their award-winning omni-channel sports betting solution.

The first will see Promotora Latinoamericana de Entretenimiento (PLE) equipped with the supplier’s innovative retail products through its Mexican licence. Founded in 2005, PLE runs sports betting facilities in land-based casinos, restaurants, bars, and hotels in over 80 locations, enjoying 30 per cent share of the market.

In the second, Argentina’s largest operator, Spingol, and its B2B business, Spin Entertainment, will receive a state-of-the-art online platform that includes SBTech’s flagship in-play product, which offers more than 25,000 monthly events.

The deal also includes the supplier’s Fast Market offering, which allows users to bet on what will happen in the next minute of a sports event and watch the results settled immediately, cash out facilities, and live streaming.

Licenced in Missiones, in North East Argentina, Spin Entertainment and their consumer-facing brand Spingol work across Latin America, with the latter being an official sponsor of the Copa America football tournament.

SBTech’s retail platform supports various EPOS hardware systems as well as customisable business processes like Betshop cashier, cash and voucher management, membership card, reporting, shift operations and monitoring, offer (sportsbook) printing, and network administration. It delivers an engaging gaming experiences in both over the counter EPOS-based systems and self-service betting terminals.
