Scientific Games signs deal with German lottery provider

Scientific Games Corporation has announced that it has signed a new contract to provide retail technology, including 600 terminals, software and maintenance services, to a German lottery provider.

The eight-year contract with c Toto in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern was awarded through a competitive procurement process and may be extended by the Lottery for an additional two years.

Barbara Becker, managing director of the lotto company, said: “Building on nearly two decades of successful partnership with Scientific Games, we are very happy to continue with reliable, next-generation retail terminals for the Lottery’s retailers across Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.”

Scientific Games has provided retail technology to the Lottery since 1997, and currently provides products to all of the 16 German state lotteries.”
