The Sands China International Strategic Leadership Programme for Integrated Resorts is an initiative of the Sands China Academy. Specially designed in conjunction with the three aforementioned universities, the ISLP is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting the Macao government’s goal of nurturing and developing more future top-and-mid level leaders for the city’s integrated resort industry.

Programme participants come from all walks of life, with different educational backgrounds, and from a diversified mix of departments that are representative of Sands China’s unique integrated resort model.
