Seven new hotels, comprising 3k hotel rooms, under construction in Macau 

The Macau Land and Urban Construction Bureau's most recent statistics indicate that, as of the fourth quarter of 2023, seven hotels were under construction in Macau. 

The ongoing developments holds the potential to furnish the city with 3,105 new hotel rooms.
Simultaneously, seven more hotels were in the planning phase, with a combined projection of 851 hotel rooms.
In addition, a total of seven hotels completed construction in 2023, adding 1,792 hotel rooms to the city's inventory.
Five of the seven hotels that finished construction last year are located on the Macau peninsula, one on the Cotai reclamation area, and one on the Taipa area.
The gross floor area of the additional 1,792 hotel rooms will be 156,747 square meters, with 1,096 parking spaces provided for light motor vehicles and 474 spaces for motorcycles.
According to official statistical data, as of November 2023, there were 149 hotel establishments in Macau, providing 48,405 rooms.
