Seven senior Thai police officers busted in gambling raid

Seven senior Thai metropolitan police officers have been ordered to report to the Metropolitan Police Bureau's Operation Centre on suspicion of being responsible for running an online gambling operation.

The order was given by Metropolitan Police Bureau commissioner Pol Lt-Gen Srivara Rangsitpramkul after Crime Suppression Division police raided an online gambling den in Klong Tan, Thai PBS reported.

During the raid, three South Koreans were also arrested for their alleged involvement in the operation, and number of computers and equipment confiscated.
